KARA is actively working to negotiate a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) with the Related Companies to ensure that the Kingsbridge Armory improves our community. CBA’s are agreements between developers and communities that address a broad range of community needs. These agreements ensure that affected residents share in the benefits of major developments. They allow community groups to have a voice in shaping a project, to press for community benefits that are tailored to our community’s needs, and to enforce a developer’s promises.
